With Features like robotically-welded steel frames, molded and tooled multi-density foam cushions, HD Tilt Mechanisms, HD Gas Shocks and more.

Tresco has partnered with Concept Seating to provide exceptional solutions for all your seating needs. Our diverse range of chairs includes High Back, stools, and bariatric options. All concept seating solutions are rated for 550 Lbs. and their 3156 series can withstand up to 800 Lbs.
Concept Seating’s 24 hour chairs are engineered to withstand the rigors of round-the-clock use and offer a variety of features like their EAS (Ergo Air Suspension) system, adjustable lumbar support, electrostatic discharge bases, pivoting armrests and more.
IRON HORSE 3000 Series
The IRON HORSE 3000 Series is weight rated for users up to 300 lbs.
Optimized for operator heights ranging from 5’6” to 6’3”
IRON HORSE 4000 Series
The IRON HORSE 4000 Series is weight rated for users up to 400 lbs.
Optimized for operator heights ranging from 5’9” to 6’5”
Pivoting Arms
Pivot armrests are designed for the maximum comfort and flexibility. Raise or lower the arms to your preference or easily pivot the armrests forward or backward when no t needed.
Partial foot-ring Base
The partial foot-ring base gives increased versatility for multiple users. Provides a ledge for shorter users to rest their feet, and can be rotated out of the way for taller users.
Ergo Air Suspension System (EAS)
Eeight dissipating suspension system to keep the blood and oxygen flowing through your body, improving blood flow and increasing oxygen levels to tissues.
Seven-Leg Base
Featuring seven-leg bases for 20% improved ease of movement and stability over five-leg base.
Warranty
Their warranty covers 10 years over the steel frame for all models but the 3156, who is warranted for up to 6 years, all considering normal 24-7 use scenarios.
All other components of the Concept Seating 24/7 Intensive Use chairs are warranted against product failure for a period of 6 years from the original date
of manufacture.
