Toronto Hydro

This project required a control room console solution that not only offered front and rear worksurface height adjustability but also integrated built-in storage capabilities, and multiple monitors with adjustable mounting arms. This was crucial for their operators who often spent long hours in the control room, monitoring critical energy resources and ensuring the seamless flow of electricity from generation sources to consumers.

Understanding the importance of ergonomics and efficiency in such a critical environment, Tresco provided a solution that featured a state-of-the-art height-adjustable worksurface system with dual independent surfaces, allowing operators to customize their workspace for optimal comfort and productivity.  In addition, the console was equipped with built-in storage compartments, providing a convenient and organized solution for storing essential documents, tools and equipment required for the daily management of DERs (distributed energy resources).
